Computer Glasses vs Distance Glasses

What is the difference between computer glasses, and distance glasses?
Well, computer glasses, also known as blue light glasses are a non prescription form of lenses that anyone can use. They are specifically designed only to filter out very short wave parts of the light spectrum, that come from artificial light like computer and phone screens.
Distance glasses are a prescription lenses that come from an optician when your eye itself has trouble focusing what you see at further distances. Distance lenses will not filter out short wave length light, and blue light computer glasses do not help you see at distances.
